Jason Williams is a seasoned marketing leader and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer with more than 11 years of experience driving growth, brand strategy, and community-focused marketing for Miley Legal, one of North Central West Virginia’s most recognized law firms.

As Marketing Director, Jason has led the firm’s evolution from traditional advertising into a modern, multi-channel marketing operation—overseeing brand positioning, television and digital advertising, content strategy, community engagement initiatives, and client-centered campaigns designed to build trust and long-term recognition. His work has played a key role in expanding Miley Legal’s reach, strengthening its reputation, and connecting the firm with the communities it serves.

Now, as a Fractional CMO, Jason partners with organizations that need senior-level marketing leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive. He helps businesses clarify their message, align marketing with business goals, and build practical strategies that drive measurable results. Known for his ability to translate big-picture strategy into execution, Jason brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every engagement.

With a background in public administration and a career shaped by real-world marketing experience, Jason blends strategic thinking, operational discipline, and storytelling to help brands grow with purpose. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and the University of Charleston and continues to believe that the strongest marketing is rooted in authenticity, clarity, and connection.

Jason lives in Bridgeport, West Virginia, with his wife, Jeanna, and their two children.
